    (TLI) are an 800-truck dry van, over-the-road truckload trucking and logistics company, operating in all 48 contiguous states and Canada.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Handling breakdown callsMaintaining breakdown databaseMonitoring breakdown emails when needed Perform real-time follow-ups on road calls with vendors or driversUtilize database to review repair history and current maintenance needs of equipmentProviding solutions between venders, internal operations team, or driversInteracting with various departments to coordinate the maintenance resources needed to account for daily demands Focusing on the day-to-day functional activity of the team including, incident response and resolution Leading and mentoring less experienced team members Understanding OEM WarrantyDiesel mechanical trouble shootingUnderstanding of SRTsEffectively negotiating with dealers and/or vendors on service and/or pricingKnowledge of Microsoft Office and learning and operating of other programs as requiredQualificationsQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Education and/or Experience Previous experience in Transportation/Trucking is required.
    Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

    Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Great Plains Accounting software; Payroll systems; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and TMW Database software.
