- Manage the EUC infrastructure, including the administration and configuration of all Microsoft 365 tenant applications and services in addition to Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory
- Provide hardware and software technical support to users, oversee the User Management lifecycle, and answer questions about IT policies and procedures
- Administers IT Service Desk and Request Management System
- Manage the IT Asset Management lifecycle and procurement process
- Leverages DataDog as an application performance monitoring solution (APM) to provide visibility into mission critical systems
- Work with business and technical teams to create new capabilities and explain complex concepts
- Remain current with new technologies
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, procurement practices, asset management best practices, and other related technologies
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues with a remote workforce
- Handson PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience configuring and supporting SAML authentication with Azure Active Directory
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud technology platform (PaaS) and infrastructure (IaaS) solutions
- Strong teamoriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a broad range of internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to contribute and collaborate as a team member while working proactively and independently

- Three (3) years of proven experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Proficient with the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Handson technical skills that allow the ability to meet industry best practices
- Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements and frameworks such as PCI, NIST, CIS, and ITIL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of three years of work experience in IT. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years of related work experience may be accepted

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

As part of our client's Information Technology (IT) team, the End User Computing (EUC) Support Specialist is responsible for managing the EUC infrastructure, including the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 applications and services, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Active Directory as well as providing technical support for a remote workforce.
