    This is a great opportunity for you to work on one of the fastest growing, highest priority categories in spirits - to set and implement brand strategy in conjunction with cross-functionals (Sales, Global Brand Marketing, Finance, Consumer Insights, etc.).

    In this role, you will have the responsibility of leading cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop regional brand plans, driving a key strategic priority for Suntory Global Spirits.

    Role Responsibilities

    Support Brand Director/Emerging RTDs (Ready to Drink) with the creation of the marketing strategy and execution plan for a brand that is primed to disrupt the RTD landscape.

    Responsibilities include delivering the annual operating plan, executing brand and market expansion plans and setting and tracking KPIs, brand health and volume/sales/profit growth objectives each year.

    Support the development and deployment of the annual and 3-year brand growth and execution strategies.
    Lead end-to-end brand building efforts fully integrated -196 marketing execution plans, leveraging insights to spark consumer connections

    Lead communication, planning, and execution for the US market and serve as liaison between Global & Brand teams, Commercial sales organization.

    Deliver brand, consumer behavior and competitive insights to unlock acceleration opportunities and to optimize execution.

    Brand Stewardship:
    Build roadmap for expansion in partnership with channel, sales and commercial marketing teams.
    Deliver insights and analytics that shapes brand strategy & informs activity plans.
    Develop trade communication promotion materials (sell sheets, educational materials, newsletter)
    Facilitate exchange of information (competitive, inventory, product quality, etc.)
    Build relationships with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Innovation, Commercial Planning, Sales, and Distributors Activation:
    Lead national and regional market communication & activation plans to include: writing creative briefs, working with marketing managers, customer marketing, and agencies on program development and execution, and ensuring all marketing touchpoints (advertising, media, PR, experiential events, sampling, etc.) are in alignment with national brand strategies and tailored to the region
    Develop retail programs in partnership with commercial marketing that effectively target shoppers and engage key trade stakeholders (i.e. retailer, bartender, distributor)
    Partner with commercial team to implement on and off-premise plans in addition to non-premise and eCommerce programs
    Develop local commercial tools to support regional marketing plans in priority markets

    Business Analytics:
    Analyze key business metrics (depletions, distribution, velocity, Nielsen, pricing, profit, etc.). Prepare analysis and make recommendations for action.
    Analyze and make recommendations on competitive activities including product, pricing, promotion (consumer and trade) and distribution
    Detailed budget management and forecasting, working closely with finance partners to actively and accurately monitor ROI and spend
    Assist with strategic and regional brand planning
    Qualifications
    4-6 years consumer marketing experience in beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods.
    MBA preferred
    Proven ability to execute flawlessly on brand/marketing projects that align with overall Brand strategy
    Self-starter with an ability to deal with ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organization
    Experience repositioning of brands locally
    Demonstrated experience in working across and up, within the organization, gaining credibility amongst peers, managers and other commercial leadership
    Proven ability to analyze and diagnosis brand and market performance
    Experience working in or with commercial sales or field marketing is a plus
    Multicultural marketing experience is a plus
    Experience with beverage alcohol industry and/or three-tiered distribution system a plus (soft drinks, beer, and other wholesale-distributed products)
    Flawless communication skills in writing, meetings, and presentations
    Demonstrated personal characteristics to be brand evangelist to local team
    An estimated salary for this position is $130, 000 - $150, 000
