    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to make credit decisions, submit deals to our lenders for approval, and bridge disconnects in the sales process. With expertise in automotive sales or finance, you will identify the right finance and insurance products for every customer, regardless of their situation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during the vehicle purchase process
    • Develop strong relationships with employees and customers through direct communication
    • Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process
    • Present transparent pricing menus to customers detailing their financing options and products
    • Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build a base of referrals
    • Set and achieve targeted sales goals
    • Maintain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers
    • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks in accordance with company policy
    • Provide exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
    • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Luxury automotive sales or F&I experience preferred
    • Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Experience working with technology and willingness to learn
    • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required
    • Must be 18+ years old to comply with company driving policy
