As a Construction Field Coordinator you will be responsible handling assigned construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating new contruction opportunities, including job costing, securing sub-contractors, evaluating overall scope of work needed to successfully complete the job.

Oversee operations of assigned construction projects and ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements

Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.

Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.

Daily communications with the Construction manager regarding all project assignements.

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED

Previous construction management experience

Experiene with Xactamate Estimating Software preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability

Effective written and oral communication

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and cold

Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)

Ability to climb ladders and work at 2nd story roof heights

Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
