- Ensure care plan meets patient needs regarding frequency and duration, making adjustments with physician consent.
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transport or public transit.
- CPR certification in current status.
- TN: Minimum one year of clinical RN experience. Recent LPN experience may substitute for RN experience in some cases. Unrestricted RN license is a must.
