- Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, and training of staff clinicians, monitoring clinical services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with third-party, community-based providers.

- Assist in the evacuation of youth as needed due to inclement weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen occurrences.
- Travel as needed for trainings, conferences or to transport youth to destinations located within the S.

- Always ensure the proper supervision of youth.
- Respond to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Master's degree in social work (MSW) and five years of full-time direct service delivery experience OR A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or other relevant behavioral science fields in which clinical training and experience is a program requirement.
- Licensed to provide clinical services in the State where the care provider is located.
- For California: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist.
- For Arizona: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, Psychologist
- One year of supervisory
- Two years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience conducting clinical interviewing and assessment, as individual and group counseling.
- Experience working with children, youth, and/or families from high-risk
- Successful completion of 86 hours of pre-service training and job
- Required to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program
- Cleared Tuberculosis test
- Cleared background check from appropriate

Lead Clinician - Phoenix, United States - Southwest Key Programs
Description
Job Summary::
The Lead Clinician is responsible for coordinating providing mental health screenings and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting minors mental well-being and overall adjustment to the Unaccompanied Minors program. The clinicians functions are performed as part of a multi-disciplinary team and include development and implementation of client service plans, facilitating transfers, referrals, and reunification planning. All duties will be performed based on education, training, and certified counseling experience within the social service field. The Lead Clinician is subject to work extended hours and weekends, and to be on-call as needed.
Essential Functions::These requirements may be waived with written approval from the ORR Project Officer
Preferred
Must be able to obtain Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification and First Aid Certification (CPR). Must be able to
supervise minors indoors and outdoors as necessary. Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 lbs. are required to complete daily tasks.
Work Environment::This is a twenty-four-hour residential facility at which minors receive various services. It requires three shifts to cover a twenty-four-hour period, which are subject to change. Noise level varies from mild to moderate. Predominantly indoor, with occasional outdoor monitoring or activities.
