+Responsibilities: Source potential content creators influencers through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks across gaming technology lifestyle and entertainment verticals ensuring alignment with diverse client briefs and campaign objectives develop execute negotiation strategies for all partnerships ensuring competitive pricing through market analysis and performance data manage the end-to-end process of sourcing drafting proposals finalizing agreements and managing multifaceted compensation structures including flat fees performance incentives and value-in-kind communicate the unique value proposition of our clients to agencies and creators through meetings presentations and marketing materials provide general assistance to the team with ongoing projects for our broad Client base work closely with the Marketing Talent divisions to address gaps in our Talent inventory establish a living database record of all Talent to be leveraged for procurement or monitoring growth for later engagement engage daily with social platforms to identify trends up-and-coming creators cultural moments that can be leveraged for impactful client partnerships provide support on influencer strategies for proposals pitches offering insights into target influencer verticals within the market content verticals secure impactful partnerships work closely strategize execute influencer campaigns exceed client expectations support an environment empowerment team colleagues resources tools support anticipate exceed expectations.+Qualifications:
- Active participant consumer social media industry
- Minimum 3 years working experience Influencer Marketing Business Development sales environment
- Demonstrated knowledge prior experience analyzing social media metrics make informed strategic decision-making CPM CPV CTR Conversion Rate
- Demonstrated ability build maintain strong industry relationships established networks creators talent agencies enhance talent discovery campaign execution strong negotiation relationship-building skills creators influencers agencies strong organizational skills high attention detail manage multiple campaigns vast volume creators influencers simultaneously excellent communication interpersonal skills previous experience Hubspot Kantata TikTok Creator Marketplace PandaDoc plus.
