    Description
The search committee spent twenty-two hours this past weekend interviewing every one of the semi-finalists. We anticipate selecting three finalists in the days ahead.

We are excited to introduce them to the community and look forward to gathering input and feedback to ensure that Gordons next Head of School is the best possible fit.

We have been humbled by both the number of the applicants and the high quality of the pool.
The next step will be on-campus visits from candidates in early May.

This part of the process will move quickly, and we want everyone to have a chance to participate, so we will give you as much advance notice as possible.

The visits will provide a variety of opportunities to meet each candidate and to give feedback.

Because of the confidential nature of this process (some are current heads of school) the finalist names will not be announced until right before their visits.
