As a Salesforce Automation Intern, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our operational processes and improving efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our operations team to identify and understand current manual processes within our Salesforce CRM
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline tasks such as data entry, email communication, and appointment scheduling
Work on projects such as auto-populating fields, creating algorithms for pre-appointment tasks, and automating post-job communication
Test and debug automation solutions to ensure they function as intended
Document your work and provide training to team members on the implemented automation solutions


Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its automation capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Apex, etc.)
Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

This is an unpaid, part-time, remote internship opportunity with the potential for full-time employment and generous compensation upon successful completion of the internship.

Full-time opportunities may be available during the summer, depending on the intern's performance during the part-time period.
