- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Starting wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience
- Directs all incoming calls to the correct department or individual
- Greets and assists visitors and applicants in a professional and friendly manner
- Sorts and files various paperwork for departments
- Opens and closes front lobby
- Takes messages via paper or email for appropriate department or individual
- Updates phone directory
- Assists with other projects as needed
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle a large call volume
- Work requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
