An excellent opportunity for a Procurement or Purchasing Manager to join a global manufacturing organization that will offer you a varied and interesting position, and where you can take ownership of all site procurement activities across a range of products and services.

This company are a leading manufacturing company that produce a wide range of products supplied across world. They have multiple locations across the US, and consistently at the forefront of their industry. Now they have a requirement for a Procurement Manager to join the team in Maine.

In this role you will be reporting into the Senior Sourcing Manager and be responsible for all the procurement of both materials and services for the site.

You will manage vendor relationships and deal with different internal departments to make sure they have what they need to maintain production.

You will manage the supplier network and conduct reviews both internally and externally.

The Role:
*Ordering of materials and services for the site
*Mange vendors and supplier relationships
*Evaluate and review supplier and vendors
*Work closely with multiple internal departments to understand their needs


The Person:
*Purchasing or Procurement Manager
*Come from a manufacturing organization
*Ideally hold a degree in a relevant subject
