Who We're Looking For You should possess the following qualities to be considered. You are very personable with great communication skills. Able to confidently discuss treatment plans with patients. Take pride in providing outstanding clinical care to your patients. Minimum of one year experience a plus, but willing to consider the right candidate with no experience. Laser certification not required but a plus. Experience with Dentrix and digital xrays highly preferred, as we are a paperless office with the latest technologies.
