    Chief Financial Officer

    Location: 3040 Post Oak Blvd, Floor 18, Houston, TX 77056

    Salary Range:
    $70,000 - $90,000 per year

    Job Overview:


    As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sendola Corp, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy and operations of the company.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial planning, reporting, and risk management.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive financial growth and stability.

    You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
    Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    Lead risk management efforts to identify and mitigate financial risks
    Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
    Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial decision-making and strategic planning
    Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
    Proven 2-3 years experience in a similar finance role
    Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills
    Excellent leadership and communication abilities
    Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
    Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish
