Job summary
Site & Residential Coordinators are responsible for overseeing site operations ensuring client and site safety coordinating transportation monitoring resident chores assisting with inventory management and maintaining site facilities.This role requires attention to detail a proactive approach and the ability to manage responsibilities daily.
Responsibilities
- Assist with resident intake orientation and bed assignments.
- Support daily resident needs including food service transportation and basic supplies.
- Monitor resident chores community living standards document interactions incidents service requests in electronic system provide mediation support escalate issues to supervisors assist in coordinating activities events celebrations ensure safety cleanliness common areas report maintenance concerns uphold trauma-informed practices participate training attend conferences staff meetings agency functions fundraisers represent agency public forums advocate community provide coverage shifts ensure consistent staff presence assist supervisors as directed.
