- Draft, revise, and approve comprehensive test plans and scripts, meticulously verifying system logic and flow.
- Generate test data files with both valid and invalid records to conduct thorough testing of program functionality.
- Collaborate with users to plan and execute user acceptance testing, alpha, and beta testing phases, ensuring successful completion and documentation of system tests.
- Analyze and design new or modified QA procedures and standards, contributing to the development and implementation of QA metrics to assess software quality.
- Participate in the evaluation of new QA software, offering insights and recommendations to enhance the testing process.
- Work closely with client and IT stakeholders to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology across projects.
- Provide thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines within the QA domain.
- Serve as the go-to person for the most complex QA and testing assignments, earning recognition as a subject matter expert internally.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior QA or testing role, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks, functional testing methodologies, Pega-based applications, and Java frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in hybrid roles with a willingness to report onsite 2-3 days per week.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
