RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is responsible for:

Developing and growing the profitability of multiple shops in the NW & Trimac EnergyFinding continuous improvement in efficiencies to achieve financial targets.

Leading Service Managers in their area;P&L responsibility for their areaAssisting shop operations to meet to exceed the service performance requirements of eternal customersOverseeing and regulating the day-to-day operations in their area;Developing and preparing operation plans, programs, budgets and forecasts;Ensuring the most effective utilization of facilities, equipment and manpower using continuous improvement toolsCreating and maintaining positive relations with our customersEstablishing and maintaining the necessary operational systems and procedures and maintain limitations and controls.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
