    Description

    Electronic Billing Assistant

    The Electronic Billing Assistant plays a vital role in the firm's billing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of invoices. This position reports directly to the Electronic Billing Supervisor and involves close collaboration with various teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with setting up new e-billing processes, including obtaining timekeeper billing rates and establishing client references.
    • Maintain awareness of invoice submission deadlines, client accruals, and other established timelines to ensure prompt completion.
    • Review Outside Counsel Guidelines to set up new clients in eBilling Hub and the firm's time and billing system.
    • Closely monitor eBilling Hub and vendor sites for account audits, resolving any issues efficiently in collaboration with the billing team.

    A minimum of 2 years' law firm billing experience is required; ebilling experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Elite and eBillingHub as well as Microsoft Office skills. Strong written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
