    Educational Services

Ada S. McKinley is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower, educate, and employ people to change lives and strengthen communities. Our legacy began 100+ years ago, and today, we serve over 7,000 people each year across more than 70 program sites throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, Wisconsin, and Indiana.

Our Educational Services Talent Search program aims to assist over 1,700 inner-city students in low-income, predominantly minority neighborhoods with post-secondary planning and awareness. The program has operated since 1966 and has successfully placed over 75,000 at-risk, first-generation students into over 400 colleges and universities nationwide. Our dedicated Educational Specialists provide customized services, enrichment activities, and workshops to help program participants identify post-secondary options that align with their academic, social, career, and economic profiles. Our main goal is to empower students to select colleges that foster their growth while equipping them with the necessary skills. We seek talented individuals who share our vision of serving and bringing positive change and
transformative opportunities to youth residing in economically distressed communities in the Chicagoland area.
