    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

    We are seeking an Export Integration Specialist Sr
    to join our team to help contribute to our success and help us solve problems with innovation through intelligence
    The Export Integration Specialist shall assist the Government in facilitating policy activities and updates supporting the transition for the F-35 from an acquisition program to operational use while simultaneously maintaining special access security where appropriate
    The contractor will work with F-35 JPO IPTs to perform integration functions that encompass various tasks (Task - Security Operations Support, Task - International Security Support and Task - Special Security Studies) of the SOW

    DUTIES:

    • Supports the F-35 Security Directorate with planning for 5 th generation coalition fighter interoperability and global operations.
    • Coordinates F-35 integration and tactics issues with U.S
    Navy and Marine Corps counterparts to ensure consistent DoD guidance between the services.


    • Works with F-35 International community to interpret and maintain program security between U.S

    and the International user community for Mission Data File development at the reprogramming laboratories, exercises, formal training courses, Distributed Mission Operations training, airshows, static displays, and other activities.


    • Supports the F-35 Export Compliance Office with preparation and coordination of presentations for Low Observable/Counter Low Observable reviews required by DoD policy.
    • Assists F-35 Export Compliance Office in the assessment of an ORD compliant air system within National Disclosure Policy (NDP) guidelines

    Works with the F-35 JPO IPTs and other government agencies to ensure an NDP compliant air system is certified for export for our F-35 international customers.


    • Reviews and provides recommendations on F-35 export licenses to ensure international participation remains within US Government policy guidelines.
    • Supports the F-35 Foreign Disclosure Office by initiating, reviewing, and coordinating Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letters (DDL) for SAF/IA approval through the JPO FDO.
    • Interacts and liaises directly with F-35 JPO IPT structure, Department of State, Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA), prime contractors, and foreign governments and contractors to perform duties
    Qualifications The Export Integration Specialist is required to possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for access to SAP, and/or SCI, willingness to submit to a CI polygraph, and current investigation within last five years
    It is required that the Export Integration Specialist possesses the following qualifications:


    • Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline OR Political Science or a related discipline.
    • At least 10 years of relevant experience which may include education, technical training or work/military experience
    Four (4) additional years of relevant experience can be substituted for a Master's degree.


    • Military trained pilot experience to include knowledge of operational flying, tactics, training, and simulator Knowledge of Acquisition strategy, system development and test, cost and schedule management highly desired.
    • Knowledge of the Air Staff/OSD organizations and processes.
    • Knowledge of Service and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
    • Good briefing skills and interpersonal and/or diplomatic skills are highly desired
