    Description

    Title- Project Manager - III

    Location- Frisco, TX 75034

    Duration- 12 months (hybrid)

    Description:

    • At least 3 years relevant experience required.
    • Position is hybrid with 3 days onsite required.
    • This individual will provide ongoing support for business sales program initiatives and tools while working closely with leadership, coaches, and cross-functional teams.
    • In this role, the Program Manager will manage training program logistics, reporting, budgets, and communications as well as proactively assessing business needs, identifying potential issues, and working toward resolution with a sense of urgency.

    Technology Requirements

    • Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft 365, experienced with Webex for webinars and at using LMS platforms like Magenta U (OnPoint).

    Typical Day

    • Coordinating meeting logistics, managing training events and resources, overseeing program communications and maintaining budgets.
    • Time management and prioritization are important.

    Preferred Background

    • Prior experience in program/project management, preferably in a sales or corporate training environment.
    • Familiarity with license management and vendor relations.
    • Experience with metric reporting and budget/expense management.

    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building, strategic thinking, clear and effective communication, leadership abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
