- This individual will provide ongoing support for business sales program initiatives and tools while working closely with leadership, coaches, and cross-functional teams.
- In this role, the Program Manager will manage training program logistics, reporting, budgets, and communications as well as proactively assessing business needs, identifying potential issues, and working toward resolution with a sense of urgency.

- Prior experience in program/project management, preferably in a sales or corporate training environment.
- Familiarity with license management and vendor relations.
- Experience with metric reporting and budget/expense management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building, strategic thinking, clear and effective communication, leadership abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
