    This includes aligning with senior leadership on the content, as well as with stakeholders from the brand design, legal and strategy teams.

    In addition, this will need to be approved by various team leads including training, customer care, and others.
    In this 2-month role, there will be a heavy emphasis on supporting the Sr.

    Manager, including attending meetings on her behalf and taking notes to share back, reviewing creative and aligning it with various stakeholders, and taking clear notes.

    This may also include helping with ad hoc asks such as working through bulleted talking points for the sales team as a draft starting place.


    Responsibilities:


    Support GTM and GTC team for channel creative and ensure seamless execution across appropriate projects.oResponsible for GTC alignment with GTM strategy and tactics.

    Manage channel relations and serve as "liaison between marketing and consumer sales/ service leaders for all GTM projects and initiatives from development through successful execution.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product management, training, and other channels to build alignment and ensure channel represented for all GTM/ GTC initiatives.

    Collaborate with marketing ops, legal and creative teams to ensure all appropriate channel creative has been reviewed and approved.

    Lead incentive programs for sales team, including scheduling and alignment with cross-functional teams; determine ROI for programs and ensure creative materials/communication for internal marketing purposes.

    Manage and organize budget for team within excel; ensuring invoices are in line with forecasted monthly budget; aligning each month.

    Work closely with product, learning and curriculum team to ensure channels have the right training, collateral, and resources to be successful.

    Assist with scripting and product positioning.oAssist with any in-person training if available.
    Analyze channel KPI's to identify new programs and /or sales incentives needed to drive performance. Establish performance goals and track results to assess program effectiveness.
    Prepare channel readiness assessments and launch plans. Conduct pre-launch overviews with management and leadership. Determines effectiveness of Channel launches (AAR), identifying areas of improvement for future launches.
    Oversee Pilot program planning, implementation, measurements for success and results tracking. Develop presentations to communicate program results to leadership.


    Qualifications:


    5+ years of total work experience, including 3+ years of related job experience in marketing, program development and project management.

    Track record of leading and managing high profile, large and small-scale projects.
    Highly skilled at building trusted relationships, influencing others, and communicating across all levels of leadership.
    Excellent written, oral, and executive presentation skills with proficiency in excel and creating executive ready power point presentations
    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically; able to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
    Able to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and high level of accountability.

    Nice to have:
    Working knowledge of PEGA/DPI/HUB and Consumer product portfolio


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
