Summary:

Collects and processes blood specimens for testing in the laboratory.

• Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.Uses age-appropriate techniques to collect blood specimens
< li>Maintains supplies and equipment.Performs additional tasks as necessary or assigned.Additional tasks may include clerical functions, registration , lab processing , send-out testing, point of care testing,EKG,pacemaker interrogation,pathology lab assistant,bone marrow assistance, apheresis or therapeutic phlebotomy .Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills,d Decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work fast paced environment take appropriate action.< / ul > < h 4 > Requirements:< / h4 >< ul style = ' list - style - type : square ;'>< li > High School diploma or GED.C ompletion of an accredited phlebotomy program.< / li >< li > BLS through American Heart Association American Red Cross CPR Professional Rescuer card card hand start date.BLS CPR must good sixty days hire < / li>
