If you match this description, get in touchWhat you'll doWork with the 3PL team to come up with best practices to ensure highest level of delivery lead times to the customerVerify all numbers from 3PL to ensure data accuracyCreate and maintain site layouts including station designs, WIP queues, and warehouse flowInvolvement in all facets of the system from workstation design, analyzing operations, creating site layouts, creating manufacturing standards, shop floor problem solving and assisting with growth planningUtilize Industrial Engineering techniques and Lean concepts such as value stream mapping, waste identification, root cause analysis problem solving, etc.

Your qualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited institution3+ years of direct Industrial engineering work related experienceExperience with developing and documenting proceduresAdvanced knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and standardsProject Management experienceLegally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipNote:

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
$115,300- $169,070 USD

Bonus:
target bonus opportunity - 15%
