The client is a family owned firm specializing in healthcare, large multi-family and large commercial.

This role is specifically for their special project division which does interesting TI-type projects such as health clinics, community centers, schools, etc.

These projects can range anywhere from $100k-3m.
Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Prepare estimates and run self perform concrete, carpentry and demolition
Experience with concrete work
Experience with carpentry and demoltion work
Experience on projects $10m or more
