Your Role: As a Resident Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in our property's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tour/Lease apartments.
• Collect all required documents, Prepare M/I files.
• Update Market Survey.
• Process Move-ins.
• Enter work orders.
• Answer phones.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• One year leasing experience or sales/customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using Rent Café, Yardi and CRM are preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating a welcoming community environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Organizational finesse to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and improve processes.
• A knack for embracing humor, thinking creatively, and approaching challenges with positivity.

This position is PART-TIME. 24 hours per week.
