    **Overview:**

    In a Resorts position with Cedar Point, you will gain meaningful experience in the hospitality industry while working with experienced professionals within our hotels.

    **How You'll Make A Difference:**

    **Bell Attendant** Responsible for greeting guests, carrying heavy suitcases, and providing guests with information about the hotel and park while maintaining cleanliness of hotel entrance.

    **Booth Attendant** Secures parking by screening all vehicles that are entering and exiting the hotel property and directs individuals to correct locations.

    **Contact Center Agent** Answers incoming calls, makes reservations for 4 Cedar Fair parks, manages financial transactions over the phone, handles guest inquiries, and resolves customer concerns. The communication you have with each guest is the beginning of their positive memorable experience at Cedar Point.

    **Front Desk Agent** Greets and checks-in guests upon their arrival at the front desk of hotel property as well as sells Cedar Point tickets and packages to guests and answers general guest questions in person and on the phone.

    **Grounds Attendant** Completes detailed cleaning of outdoor public spaces, courtyards, and grounds in addition to operating equipment to include pressure washers, leaf blowers, and other small power equipment for general cleanliness of hotel grounds.

    **Housekeeping Attendant** Responsible for providing a clean, healthy, attractive environment in private and public guest areas of Cedar Point Resorts. Cleans the bathrooms which include bathtubs, sinks, commodes, floors, tiles, and mirrors while working with cleaning chemicals.

    **Maintenance Attendant** Completes general maintenance of hotel rooms and indoor public spaces by operating equipment including but not limited to extractor, buffer, and other small power equipment.

    **Night Auditor** This is a 3rd shift position that balances all daily postings and activities and finance, prepares daily managers reports, and coordinates guest arrivals and reservations.

    **We're Looking For:**

    Must be at least 16 years of age **(Grounds Attendant, Maintenance Attendant, and Reservations Agent)**

    Must be at least 18 years of age **(Housekeeping Attendant, Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, Booth Attendant, Bell Attendant, and Concierge)**

    Ability to provide exceptional guest service

    Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop, push cart weighing up to 50 lbs., and use cleaning chemicals **(Housekeeping Attendant)**

    Ability to work 3rd shift **(Night Auditor)**

    Previous computer experience preferred and ability to learn hotel software systems **(Front Desk Agent and Reservations Agent)**

    Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs

    Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law

    Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
