    About the role:

    Seeking for a Business Development Representative to spearhead growth and enhance customer satisfaction for AC UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) and related mission-critical power infrastructure products and services. The primary focus is on building strategic relationships with major accounts and vertical market resellers. Once established, these relationships will be nurtured in collaboration with an assigned Account Manager, offering high visibility in targeting major accounts and new resellers entering diverse vertical markets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Local travel estimated at 75% of working time.
    • Develop close relationships with major accounts by identifying customer technical requirements, collaborating with the assigned Account Manager to create solutions, and driving new business development.
    • Drive new account sales with the aim of exceeding forecasted gross margins and sales revenue.
    • Contribute to the expansion of organization's presence in diverse sectors within the distribution division.
    • Utilize a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of AC UPS and related products/services.
    • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
    • Provide budgets and forecasts as requested, actively and comprehensively working within the company CRM system.
    • Become a subject matter expert for the lines carried and stay updated on product knowledge through active participation in ongoing training.
    • Other duties may be assigned.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred; technical discipline is a plus.
    • 4 years of experience in technical sales with mission-critical power systems, preferably UPS.
    • Demonstrable track record of success in developing major accounts.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
