Part-Time Janitorial Facilities Supervisor - Sterling

Key Responsibilities: Supervise coordinate janitorial staff including scheduling training performance management Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently in accordance with Amazons cleanliness safety standards Monitor inventory order cleaning supplies as needed Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality control address any deficiencies Train staff on proper cleaning procedures equipment use safety protocols Respond to urgent cleaning requests emergencies in a timely manner Maintain compliance OSHA health safety guidelines Communicate facility management regarding cleaning needs improvements
Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial supervision facility maintenance related field Strong leadership team management skills Knowledge of cleaning chemicals equipment best practices Ability multitask prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication problem-solving abilities Ability work fast-paced environment meet deadlines Flexibility work various shifts nights weekends needed Preferred Experience Amazon large warehouse distribution center environment Bilingual English Spanish plus Work Environment Requires physical activity standing walking bending lifting Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals warehouse conditions+ Benefits ABM offers comprehensive benefits package For information about ABM Employee Benefits Staff Management
