- Plan, design, and develop real-time advanced statistical/machine learning models that combine deep domain knowledge and strong analytic/critical thinking skills.
- Takes ownership of all phases of the Data Science process, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model selection, design, and training. Ability to operationalize model and interpret/explain their results to stakeholders.
- Create and refine real-time analytic models used to understand conversations and behaviors in order to target users with optimal messaging across different platforms and devices
- Participate in all project phases from concept, requirements, development, test and production support

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics or relevant field of study (math, statistics, economics, computer science)
- Minimum 4 years' experience in role working directly with data (Data Science, analytics, engineering, etc.
- Well versed in the application of analytic techniques and predictive modeling
- Practical ability to visualize data, communicate about the data, and utilize it effectively
- Experience with SAS or R
- Experience working with payer-side healthcare data, including medical claims, standardized CMS files such as MMRs and MORs, etc.
