Grow the Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented RBTs and BCBAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing all aspects of care.
This will include occasional travel to Pueblo and Otero County, Colorado to provide support and guidance to staff and families.
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and raise awareness about the benefits of ABA therapy.
Network:
Leverage your existing connections and build new ones within the Colorado ABA community, establishing Frontera Health as a trusted leader.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
