What you'll do...
Plan and coordinate annual leadership Meeting, and other meetings or events, on an ad hoc basis
Plan and coordinate teams visiting corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens including lodging, dining, events, etc.
Serve as the logistics lead on both internal and external events including conception, planning, management, execution and post-event follow-up
Manage communications with meeting stakeholders and attendees, providing clear and detailed information, and fielding questions and feedback regarding events
Develop project task lists, event timelines, and the associated planning process
Lead venue research, sourcing and contract negotiations
You will manage the meeting budget and expenses, working with our finance team to ensure timely payments
You will organize event related materials, including signage, print materials, name tags, promotional giveaways, etc.
You will lead on-site execution and management of event, to include venue & event staff management
Manage relationships with vendors and travel partners including negotiating corporate rates

You are able to problem solve, think and act independently, and be resourceful
You thrive when interacting with others and enjoy communicating regularly and often
You are able to pivot with little notice and a high degree of composure
You possess integrity and exercise sound judgment
You have outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
You have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience working with Google Suite is helpful
You may have an Associate and/or Bachelor's degree
Must be willing and able to work off hours as needed
