    We are currently looking for motivated individuals with experience in low voltage electronics who specialize in electronic security solutions to join our team. As a Security Systems Technician, you will be responsible for providing service on STC products at customer locations, addressing post-installation issues, and working on special projects as needed.

    • Respond promptly to trouble tickets to ensure system performance and uptime.
    • Diagnose and resolve application issues individually and collaboratively.
    • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to enhance system availability and detect faults.
    • Implement routine changes in configurations (user permissions, application setups, etc.).
    • Maintain documentation of all system adjustments using an organized digital tracking system.
    • Create thorough technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences regarding system deployment.
    • Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing for upgrades and significant modifications prior to deployment.
    • Install software upgrades and major modifications on-site efficiently.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience in installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
    • Solid understanding of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with network communications and IP addressing.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional time management skills.
    • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
    • Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems are a plus.
