Job summary
The associate would be responsible for managing the Apple fleet across all client locations. She/He would provide L2 and L3 Macintosh desktop support to the business.Responsibilities
- To identify and resolve issues with OS/applications, following agreed procedures and using application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics.
- Create and manage Macintosh image.
- Resolve all incidents and Service requests assigned to the queue in timely manner and document all procedures in the ITSM tool.
