Job description
We are an early-stage transportation technology company seeking a growth-minded operations professional to work closely with leadership and support implementations, customer onboarding, and operational initiatives.This is a phased role, with responsibilities and ownership increasing as the individual ramps up and as the company continues to scale. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

- Support customer implementations, onboarding, and training
- Participate in customer calls, demos, and workflow discussions
- Translate real-world transportation operations into system workflows
- Assist with process improvements and internal documentation
- Identify issues and help drive practical, scalable solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and development teams
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and workflows
- Strong problem-solver with a solution-first mindset
- Knowledge of the transportation industry (dispatch, carriers, brokers, operations)
- Clear and professional communicator with customers and internal teams
- Willing to wear multiple hats and grow with the role as the company scales
Compensation & Growth
- Hourly rate: $21–$25, based on experience
- Responsibilities and compensation will grow as ownership and scope increase
- Opportunity to develop into a more senior operational role over time
Important Fit NoteThis role is best suited for someone who enjoys building and learning in an early-stage environment. It is not a fixed-scope position and will evolve over time.
