- Technical and scientific development leading to professional advancement or graduate school

- Perform assigned tasks in the lab, including but not limited to DNA isolation, use of automated liquid handling machines, aseptic mammalian cell culture transfections/transformations and flow cytometry
- Troubleshoot experimental issues
- Follow SOPs to complete experiments and assays, including good record keeping
- Analyze data and write customer reports
- Independently plan a daily schedule, which may include balancing multiple projects simultaneously
- Present data at team and company-wide meetings
- Bachelor's degree in biology, bioengineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of laboratory experience (internships and student jobs are applicable)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with a collaborative and proactive attitude
- Motivated to excel in an environment dedicated to meeting customer deadlines
