Kamehameha Schools is currently seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Finance division's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in financial modeling, data-driven analysis, and forecasting to support key business initiatives. As part of a collaborative environment, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that contribute to resource optimization and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling.

    Position Details

    • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develops financial planning models, projections, and analyses. Identifies requirements and strategies for short, medium, and long-term financial planning.
    • Budgeting: Directs the annual budget preparation process, reviews proposed plans, and prepares executive summaries.
    • Strategic Planning: Provides financial support for strategic initiatives, ensuring integration with organizational plans.
    • Management Reporting: Leads division operations and drives change management for improved reporting.

    Requirements

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, with seven years of relevant experience. Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.
    • Skills: Proficiency in financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis, advanced IT skills, and experience with ERP systems.
    • Preferred: Understanding of organizational structures, experience in educational or non-profit institutions.

    Benefits and Compensation

    Salaries for the Senior Financial Planning Analyst role at Kamehameha Schools range from $93,000 to $150,900 annually. The position also offers a Total Rewards Program focused on employee well-being and growth.
