- Desarrollar acuerdos para la comercialización de nuevas categorías y productos con nuevos clientes y distribuidores.
- Identificar, contactar y desarrollar distribuidores con capacidad de construir relaciones de largo plazo bajo una lógica de beneficio mutuo.
- Actuar como referente estratégico del mercado, proponiendo nuevas formas de llegada al consumidor (Route to Market), basadas en experiencia, conocimiento del mercado y red de contactos.
- Detectar nuevos segmentos de mercado y oportunidades de crecimiento comercial.
- Definir puntos críticos y estratégicos para clientes clave y canales de la categoría.
- Mejorar, consolidar y expandir la red de distribuidores.
- Planificar, diseñar y ejecutar distintas estrategias de RTM (route-to-market).
- Graduados/as en carreras universitarias, con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares dentro de empresas de consumo masivo.
- Sólida experiencia en ventas B2B, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing o Business Development.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado de distribución y armado de propuestas de RTM.
- Experiencia previa trabajando con distribuidores en el estado de Texas.
- Manejo de información de Sell-in / Sell-out por SKU, análisis de múltiples categorías y métricas financieras y de rentabilidad.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación, análisis numérico y trabajo con equipos remotos y multifuncionales.
- Conocimiento del proceso de planificación comercial integral.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, con buena gestión del tiempo y prioridades.
- Flexibilidad, actitud positiva y sólidos valores éticos.
- Buen dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel y PowerPoint).
