    Objective:
    The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be supporting studios during business stage transitions.

    The RSM will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on the operations of studio performance with regards to staffing the studio, meeting membership and revenue goals and operating at the Pure Barre standard.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Guide studios through the pre-sale, reopening and growth stages
    • Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers
    • Providing sales coaching to studio teams to increase conversion rates, new membership sales, and total revenue through the Pure Barre sales process
    • Assist studio teams in driving the monthly sales and marketing strategy in order to hit sales targets
    • Driving enrollments and completion rates of studio staff into Corporate sales training programs
    • Review club operations with the GM
    • Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff
    • Coach studios on customer service best-practices
    • Advise on sales plans, community outreach and other business needs

    Qualifications

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales
    • Pre-sale or start up experience preferred
    • Fitness franchise experience highly preferred
    • Experience with grassroots marketing
    • Experience with ClubReady, MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs
    • Availability to travel up 25% of the time
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Comfortable presenting to franchise partners and general managers.
    • Understanding of and passion for fitness industry.
    • Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
    • Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
