Job summary
The Route Supervisor oversees activities across multiple lines of business, including commercial residential and roll off sharing responsibilities with other Route Supervisors to ensure all routes are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-of-day activities to communicate key issues regarding service equipment failures or safety incidents to the operations team.
- Support operations including but not limited to tasks related to drivers dispatch customer service and data entry.
- Create a collaborative communicative team environment and drive employee engagement with the Company.
