    Supervise Front Desk Operations

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Services Manager to join our team at ZMC Hotels, LLC.

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for overseeing the front desk area, managing data on future room occupancy, tracking reservation requests, hiring and training new sales and service associates, and maintaining liaison with various departments. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to ensure that all guests receive efficient and courteous service, while also meeting high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and supervising staff members.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
    • Address guest concerns promptly and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate room inventory status to maximize revenue and meet guest expectations.
    • Supervise bell staff to ensure efficient and friendly service during arrivals, departures, and other guest interactions.

    Requirements:

    • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Able to work effectively in a team environment as a leader.
    • Familiarity with basic computer skills and ability to learn software applications.
