    Join Our Team as an Order Entry Clerk

    Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring smooth order processing? We're seeking a proactive individual to join our team as an Order Entry Clerk. As an integral part of our operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order entry process.

    Role Overview: As an Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering all received orders and releasing them for fulfillment to Mentor or the designated warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will contribute to the seamless execution of our order processing operations.

    Pay: $18-20/hr

    Location: Jacksonville, Fl, 32256

    Monday-Friday On-Site Opportunity

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Enter all orders with precision and completeness, adhering to specified timeframes and incorporating any special instructions or requirements.
    • Ensure timely email communication of customer-specific shipping paperwork to Mentor and other warehouses, diligently tracking each order-by-order number.
    • Provide prompt order acknowledgments – confirmations – to customers upon request, ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Identify and rectify any errors in order entry promptly, continuously seeking opportunities for personal learning and improvement.
    • Oversee all Mapadoc import and export processes for processing EDI orders efficiently.
    • Champion paperless procedures and explore opportunities to implement additional paperless initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience in order entry or a similar administrative role.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent time management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with order processing software is preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
