    We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and personalized interactions.
    • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Employ a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, utilizing a needs-based review process.
    • Develop exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business growth.

    Requirements:
    • A passion for customer service and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
    • The ability to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
    • A solid understanding of basic math skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers and collaborate with other agency team members.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
