Local Construction & Maintenance Company is seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Person to join our team. We are looking for a maintenance person to provide professional service to our client's and their properties. A qualified candidate will perform basic repairs, snow removal, seasonal openings and closings and various other tasks. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and meet physical requirements of the job such as working off ladders, lifting, bending, standing etc.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Required to perform routine residential building repairs to include, but not limited to, light plumbing and electrical, carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, snow removal and other various activities as directed.
• Inspect properties on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis
• Seasonal house closings and openings
• General maintenance on all properties
• Strong follow-up and communication skills, as there will be interaction with home owners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Be on-call on a rotating basis.
