    Job Responsibilities

    Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in sub-acute rehab patients
    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team
    Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    Required Qualifications

    Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    Active State SLP License (California)
    Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
    Current BLS certification (AHA required)
    Strong communication and teamwork skills
    No floating required
