    Job Summary:

    Responsible for assisting with administrative and clerical tasks.

    Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Receiving and directing visitors and clients.
    • Assists with the coordination of client visits/procedures, arranging transportation
    • Orders and maintains an inventory of supplies
    • Provide administrative support to the HR | Office Manager and Director of Clinical Operations including planning and preparing for key events and meetings
    • Create and maintain various files for clients, vendors and other contacts
    • Contact study participants and communicate status transportation or other general information
    • Update and maintain tracking/expense spreadsheets
    • Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track data and create presentations.
    • Receive and distribute mail/packages
    • Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all-inclusive.
    Education/Experience/Skills:
    • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
    • Experience in working with the severely mentally ill population or in a healthcare/patient care setting preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
    • Professional image, upholding the company vision in actions, demeanor, and appearance.
    Working Conditions

    1. Indoor, office environment.
    2. Essential physical requirements include sitting, typing, and standing.
    3. Sedentary position, occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
    4. Reporting to work, as scheduled, is essential.
