Job summary
We are seeking a mid-level Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the Facilities Manager/Supervisor in maintaining mechanical systems and overall property operations.The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a mid-level position working under the supervision of the site Facilities Manager/Supervisor. Duties involve assisting in maintaining all mechanical systems as well as the general maintenance of the commercial property.
In this role you will assist in the daily maintenance scheduling and task completion of the above along with light driving duties as needed in combination with the Facilities Manager/Supervisor.
