- The Shipping and Receiving Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of all shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations supporting Cadwell's neurodiagnostic medical device manufacturing. This role ensures products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with regulatory standards.
- This position owns warehouse operations including material storage organization material handling space optimization to ensure efficiency traceability compliance with regulatory safety requirements.
- A key responsibility includes partnering with Quality Assurance to support internal external audits investigations CAPAs continuous improvement efforts related to shipping receiving inventory warehousing processes.
- Owning the evaluation implementation ongoing use of shipping receiving within ERP systems ensuring accurate transaction processing reporting.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 regulations regarding product handling distribution document management control procedures.
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain logistics principles managing third-party vendor relationships evaluating supplier performance tracking KPI metrics resolving issues continuously improving process flow streams
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Business Logistics or related field along four plus years' experience driving operational improvements preferably in regulated environments similar complex systems;
