    Role Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Data Analyst to join our fraud team. This role involves analyzing data patterns to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud.

    The ideal candidate will work closely with the data science, security, and operations teams to develop strategies that protect our company and customers from fraudulent activities.

    The Fraud Data Analyst will report to the VP of Fraud (or the Chief Information Security Officer interim.)

    Responsibilities:
    Fraud Detection and Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify and assess fraud risks


    Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective fraud prevention strategies


    Reporting and Communication:
    Generate regular reports on fraud trends and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders


    Continuous Improvement:
    Recommend improvements to fraud detection methodologies and tools based on latest trends and technologies


    Compliance and Collaboration:
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with legal teams as needed.

    Qualifications:

    At least 5 years of Fraud management experience in Fraud strategy or Fraud Operations areas, developing fraud prevention strategies, policies and procedures.

    Proven experience in fraud detection, data analysis, or a related field and with fraud tools such as Kount, Midigator, Ethoca, Order Insights, and others.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience with data analytics software and tools. Knowledge of regulatory standards related to fraud prevention.
