    Chief Operations Officer opportunity for a top Real estate development firm

    This Jobot Job is hosted by: We are a rapidly expanding construction and Real Estate development company based in Boston.

    We do everything from full gut remodels to ground up, new construction of multi-unit buildings.

    We typically have between 15-20 projects going on at any given time and our long-term scheduled calendar is always full.

    We are looking to fill the key position of Chief Operations Officer to manage our day-to-day projects, staff, and objectives.

    Manage all staff. Office manager/bookkeeper, Estimator, Site Supers, Project managers, etc
    Approve and check all coding.
    Enhance current operation manual)
    SEO, Web Updates, Social media posts (this can be subbed out)
    Handle networking.
    Implement new tech & software where applicable to help us grow.
    Manage vehicle fleet & software.
    Maintain facility. Office. Handle all equipment inventory.
    Ordering all materials from best-priced vendors.
    Applying for online permits as needed.
    Apply for sidewalk deposits
    Accumulating all construction docs for ISD permit issuances on long forms.
